Navigating your project through constantly changing planning pathways can be a maze of endless U turns. We have specialists that have navigated the main planning approval pathways including Regionally Significant Developments and State Significant Developments.
We offer feasibility consulting services to maximize development potential, exploring options, assessing risks and opportunities, and providing a pathway from feasibility through to planning, construction procurement and through to project delivery. We have in house Development Managers that have worked for both ASX listed companies and well known private firms.

Our experienced leadership is spearheaded by our Managing Director and founder, John Basilisco who brings a wealth of expertise to the table. With over 15 years of invaluable experience at Lendlease, 8 years at Laing O’Rourke across both Australian and international markets, and a successful tenure spanning 5 years as a State Manager for a prominent Australian construction firm, John possesses a unique skill set. His deep understanding of the intricacies and potential within our industry is unmatched.
His exceptional portfolio includes prestigious high-end residential towers, social housing and build to rent, both educational and health facilities, civic structures, commercial developments, public spaces, airports, large retail and mixed-use schemes, defence projects, art galleries and cultural facilities, sporting complexes and large infrastructure projects including transport projects. Both his national and international experience earning accolades and awards from industry and stakeholders. John is a proud supporter of the Property Industry Foundation and currently sits on the NSW Board of Advisors
